With over twenty years spent controlling finance departments within recruitment companies we can offer peace of mind that our solution is legitimate and there is no risk of agencies becoming liable. Also we understand the absolute need to have our own administration as effective as can be. We will invoice the agency at our earliest opportunity in an accurate and easy to understand manner.
- With our specialist knowledge of the internal workings of recruitment companies we can bespoke our procedures to best suit you and your contractors. The objective being contractors receiving cleared funds into their accounts at the earliest opportunity.
- Our tailor made expense policy means that contractors take home more of their income than the traditional Limited Company or PAYE methods.
- Contractors have minimal time spent on administrative matters (VAT, Payroll, Company Secretarial etc) so enabling them to spend more time on your projects and so maximising their (and your) income.
- We realise the importance of the contractor and so have a system of communicating with them every step of the process. When timesheets are received, when invoices are dispatched, when agency funds are received and when funds are remitted to the contractor an SMS message and/or email is immediately sent.
We believe in offering the best possible service and are always willing to listen and adapt our procedures if necessary. Our philosophy is that if the contractors and agencies are happy with the service levels, we will all experience high levels of retention.
